Manufacture of apparatus
In our production facilities, we focus on the manufacture of various types of apparatus, covering a range from common storage tanks and exchangers to sophisticated and complex reactors and columns. An important element of our production of our manufacturing strategy is our ability to achieve up to 90% self-sufficiency in the production of these devices. This high level of internal self-sufficiency allows us to respond flexibly to project and customer needs. At production of the apparatus, we follow all applicable standards.
Our company owns a wide range of welding procedure qualifications not only for special materials such as nickel and its alloys (alloye), monel, titanium and aluminium.
Careful maintenance of production documentation, which is an integral part of of every apparatus manufactured by us. In the case of pressure vessel production, a declaration is included in each vessel of conformity and the pressure vessel certificate.

Production of large-capacity storage tanks
We specialize in the manufacture of large capacity storage tanks. We are one of the few companies that can manufacture these tanks directly in our production halls with dimensions up to 6 meters in diameter and 12 meters in length. metres. We use semi-automatic welding techniques to weld these containers.
If it is not possible to transport the storage tank in one piece, we prefabricate the individual parts of the tank in the production area and then assemble them on site. Our production and assembly employees have many years of experience in the production of these tanks, which enables us to deliver products of high quality and with an emphasis on precision.

Manufacture of steel structures
In our production we realize steel constructions from light to medium weight such as service platforms, steel structures for technology storage, railings ladders and others. All constructions are manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards for steel structures and their welding. Our production includes both bolted and welded structures.
We are able to create steel structures either on the basis of documentation provided by the customer or on based on our own prepared drawings. The delivery of steel structures includes a complete documentation according to the relevant standard. Our structures have already been successfully delivered to various locations throughout around the world, including Australia, USA, Mexico and various countries in the European Union.
We are able to produce steel structures from various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Custom production
Our manufacturing activities include custom manufacturing of various machine parts and industrial products. At based on the individual requirements of our clients, we are able to produce a wide range of products.
We can produce parts such as cylinders for conveyor belts, silencers, pump skids or fillers columns and much more, either on the basis of a provided sample, drawings or our own development of the part.
Manufacture of single-purpose machines
In our production we are engaged in the development, design and production of single-purpose machines for the automotive industry, food and chemical industries. Our capabilities include the manufacture of machines for the production, inspection and handling. We offer a range from simple manual single purpose machines to fully automated production lines.
We use components from the world's leading manufacturers in the production of our single-purpose machines. Safety standards are a priority for us, so our machines are designed to meet the most stringent safety standards.
One of our key advantages is our ability to manufacture complete machines, where we produce most of the components on our own machine tools. This allows us not only flexibility in production, but also careful control over every step of the manufacturing process.
