In our production program we are dedicated to metal chip machining, which we use for our internal production processes. However, these specific capabilities are also available to our customers as a stand-alone service.

We offer a wide range of chip machining, including CNC milling, CNC turning and traditional turning and milling on conventional machines to cover a variety of needs and sizes. Metal forming

On our machines we are able to bend sheets, pipes, profiles. Thanks to these capabilities we are able to supply apparatus shells, cylindrical and conical shapes. Furthermore, pipe spiral snakes, u-tubes, pipe bends.

  • Max. sheet thickness for bending 10 mm
  • Min. diameter for sheet metal bending 250 mm
  • Sheet width max 2 m
  • Max. pipe diameter for spiral ringing 108 mm

Dividing the material

Dividing the material

We use our CNC burning equipment to cut steel and stainless steel materials, which can come either from our own stock or from customer-supplied sheet metal. In addition, we have a CNC controlled saw designed for cutting bar stock.

CNC burning machine:
  • Burning machine format: 2x4 metres
  • Maximum steel thickness (Fe): 300 mm
  • Maximum thickness of stainless steel: 40 mm
CNC Controlled Saw:
  • Maximum diameter of material to be cut with the saw: 320 mm
These parameters allow us to flexibly process a wide range of metal materials with high precision and efficiency. Whether the customer supplies their own material or uses material from our stock, we are ready to provide quality and precision cuts to specification and requirements.
